Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold canvassing and marketing of clients to host employers for short-term work hardening programs and job-ready clients for new employment.
- Facilitate supported job seeking sessions with clients for end-to-end candidate preparation including interview coaching, resume development, personal branding, and guidance on injury disclosure.
- Work closely with Primary Rehabilitation Consultant to assess and realign goals and strategies.
- Maintain regular contact with Primary Rehabilitation Consultant for timely updates and outcomes.
- Maintain documented evidence on client files of all canvassing, sessions, and secured interviews.
