Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer action plans to achieve growth and performance targets
- Deliver a minimum of 15% annual referral growth across allocated accounts
- Monitor account performance and ensure all customer activities and innovations support referral and engagement goals
- Oversee SLA implementation, including system updates, process alignment and team engagement
- Respond to customer issues and manage resolutions effectively
- Prepare and submit customer reporting (contracted and proactive)
- Contribute to tender writing and submissions
- Maintain 100% compliance with CRM, feedback and complaints processes
- Support continuous improvement across systems, processes and service delivery
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
