Key Responsibilities
- Authorization of system and manual payments
- Conduct reconciliation between admin cashbooks/End of Day Reports to Oracle disbursement reports
- Authorization and transmission of daily EFT and IMT payments
- Processing of return monies, stop cheque payments, reversals, voids, manual payment vouchers and redrawing of payments
- Create and upload general ledger accounting journals
- Authorization of general ledger journals
- Respond to complex inquiries from other parts of business
- Training of staff members
- Update team procedures and assist with project work including end to end system testing
