Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate NAV calculation for a portfolio of funds daily, weekly or monthly
- Review subscription and redemption process and ensure timely communication with investors
- Prepare financial statements and liaise with auditor annually
- Prepare distribution calculations and tax statements, liaising with tax advisor
- Ensure timely and accurate investor reporting including NAV, contract notes, distribution statements, tax statements
- Review payments
- Develop business by liaising with senior management and implementing new processes
- Implement and refine SSAE 18 controls
- Ensure client enquiries are answered per Apex service standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fund specifications
- Supervise, train, and recruit accounting staff
