- Responsible for the development of budgetary maintenance proposals, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer and contract requirements
- Tracking and reporting of proposal status, including approvals, Purchase Orders, variations and customer feedback
- Coordinate and support the delivery of maintenance activities across third-party O&M contracts, ensuring alignment with agreed priorities and schedules
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery outcomes and customer expectations
- Support cost tracking, forecasting and financial visibility of maintenance activities against budgets
- Monitor and report on operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
