Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities including process mapping, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation.
- Drive process optimisation initiatives focusing on automation, cost reduction, improved accuracy, and faster decision-making.
- Manage delivery of process and system improvement projects including scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and operational teams to design and implement system enhancements.
- Champion change management and user adoption, including development of training materials and embedding new ways of working.
