Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical advisor to customers deploying products with our models
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and architect solutions
- Guide technical architecture decisions for LLM-based products
- Develop customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites
- Lead hands-on technical workshops and code reviews with customer engineering teams
- Identify common design patterns and contribute insights back to internal teams
- Maintain knowledge of latest LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
- Travel occasionally to customer sites
- Attend conferences, lead speaking engagements, write blog posts and white papers
