Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring, and regular review of Tenure policies, standards, and procedures
- Provide proactive, high-quality support and advice on tenure administration matters
- Assist with the accurate and timely preparation and submission of tenure applications, renewals, and statutory reports
- Maintain the tenure tracking database to ensure all key dates, milestones, and statutory requirements are met
- Maintain accurate tenure records and ensure effective document storage and retrieval systems are in place
