Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and allocation of task activities within the CHPP area
- Assist in development of annual electrical budgets and business plans
- Plan and execute business electrical strategy for monthly shutdowns
- Assist in development of standards, procedures, and processes
- Manage people within area of responsibility
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain systems to deliver CHPP operations performance and KPI targets
- Develop continuous improvement projects and cost reduction strategies
- Work with Reliability team on electrical reliability concerns
