Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with everyday technology: mobile phones, tablets, apps, TVs, emails, entertainment systems
- Provide calm, one-on-one assistance at the resident's pace
- Run small group sessions to help residents build confidence with technology
- Be a friendly, approachable presence residents feel comfortable asking for help
- Escalate more complex IT issues to central IT or external vendors when needed
- Keep records of support provided and devices in use
