Team Leader
Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Team Leader to oversee social support programs and overnight respite services at its Winmalee centre. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop a team of 6–7 staff
- Coordinate daily service delivery, including activities, rostering and client transport
- Plan and deliver engaging, meaningful programs tailored to client needs
- Ensure compliance with care standards, documentation and safety requirements
- Manage budgets, reporting and service performance
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and community stakeholders
- Promote services within the local community
- Participate in an on-call roster (Thursday to Sunday) to support staff with client-related advice and escalation
