Key Responsibilities

•Complete maintenance tasks safely, efficiently and to a high standard
•Oversee contractors and ensure work is completed within required timeframes
•Ensure equipment is functional, maintained and compliant with manufacturer specifications
•Manage work requests, prioritising and allocating tasks as needed
•Maintain accurate maintenance and safety records
•Work collaboratively with Village Managers, Asset Managers and onsite teams
•Uphold Anglicare values by treating all residents with empathy, dignity and respect
•Provide courteous, professional service to residents and contractors
•Contribute to a supportive, respectful work environment that values cultural diversity
•Ensure all personnel follow safe work practices and WHS guidelines
