Key Responsibilities
- Complete general repairs including door and lock repairs, painting, minor plumbing, maintaining bin room cleanliness, assisting residents with appliances and handyman work.
- Undertake preventative maintenance to maintain assets at agreed service levels.
- Keep tools and equipment in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and safety procedures followed.
