Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, timely and solutions-focused legal advice across the organisation
- Deliver specialist advice across various areas of law including commercial and corporate law, property, building and construction, regulatory compliance, aged care and retirement living
- Partner closely with Property, Corporate, Finance, Retirement Living, Aged Care and Housing teams
- Draft and advise on contracts, agreements, policies and legal documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage legal risks and deliver practical solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external legal providers
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and provide proactive advice
- Contribute to advocacy initiatives and organisational responses to legal developments
