Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Head of Europe to set and execute the regional strategy
  • •Deputise as required in all leadership functions, including senior customer and internal engagements
  • •Drive in-account growth and new business opportunities across the region
  • •Lead bid and proposal activities, shape on-contract growth strategies, and ensure the division meets its growth targets
  • •Oversee the entire portfolio of European programmes, ensuring successful execution that exceeds customer expectations and meets financial commitments
  • •Build and refine processes to drive efficiency and scalability
  • •Own the division's operational reporting cadence
  • •Manage and deliver monthly and quarterly reports on programme status, financial health, and strategic objectives to leadership
  • •Ensure data integrity and utilisation of Salesforce for forecasting and pipeline management
  • •Lead headcount planning and forecasting for the division
  • •Work with programme leads to identify staffing needs, manage resource allocation, and coordinate hardware demand signals to ensure the team is equipped for success
  • •Act as a "servant leader" to mentor and support programme managers
  • •Foster a culture of accountability and operational rigour, building trusted relationships with your team, customers, and cross-functional peers in Engineering, Product, and BD
