Key Responsibilities
- Undertake and manage the credit assessment process for customers with credit limits up to $500,000.
- Ensure customers trade within approved credit limits by monitoring daily reports.
- Conduct customer credit reviews in response to dishonoured or late payments, credit bureau notifications, adverse media, or BM information.
- Promote effective engagement with Credit Analysts and support broader business initiatives.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external customers to obtain credit assessment information.
- Negotiate directly with external customers including SME owners, CFOs, and senior management.
- Oversee recovery process for debts over 60 days overdue, including managing debt collectors and legal action.
