- Eliciting requirements across the Ampol App and AU Loyalty initiatives into clear quarterly delivery horizons
- Shaping and maintaining a prioritised backlog aligned to customer and loyalty growth strategies
- Defining end-to-end customer journeys across digital, in-store, and loyalty touchpoints
- Partnering closely with Product Managers, Experience Designers, Engineers, and Delivery teams to support execution
- Enabling delivery of app features integrated with CRM and POS platforms
- Ensuring requirements are validated, delivery-ready, and aligned to both customer value and technical feasibility
