•Own and drive the Group’s proactive employment compliance plan
•Design and deliver employment compliance frameworks, governance, and practical ER solutions
•Lead or contribute to strategic ER and compliance projects that uplift consistency and maturity
•Translate legislative, award, and enterprise agreement requirements into scalable, compliant practices
•Identify employment and industrial compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies
•Monitor regulatory and legislative change and recommend proactive responses
•Analyse ER data and themes to inform priorities and capability uplift
•Lead ER policy reviews and governance activities
•Partner with HR, ER, payroll, and business leaders to identify gaps and deliver targeted solutions
•Collaborate with ER Specialists and Advisors to ensure alignment across compliance and ER strategy
