Employment Compliance Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Group’s proactive employment compliance plan
- Design and deliver employment compliance frameworks, governance, and practical ER solutions
- Lead or contribute to strategic ER and compliance projects that uplift consistency and maturity
- Translate legislative, award, and enterprise agreement requirements into scalable, compliant practices
- Identify employment and industrial compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor regulatory and legislative change and recommend proactive responses
- Analyse ER data and themes to inform priorities and capability uplift
- Lead ER policy reviews and governance activities
- Partner with HR, ER, payroll, and business leaders to identify gaps and deliver targeted solutions
- Collaborate with ER Specialists and Advisors to ensure alignment across compliance and ER strategy
