Key Responsibilities
- Fostering connection in all guest interactions from product education, processing purchases and supporting guests on warranties or damaged goods
- Supporting in store events, inventory counts, replenishing product and ensuring the store stays clean and organised
- Provide feedback and suggestions on merchandising to enhance guest experience and sales
- Collaborating with your team and leaders in an open and positive way
- Deliver best in class experience to guests through education, service and culture
- Build a strong understanding of products and weave this into guest interactions
- Be a brand ambassador and elevate the guest experience wherever possible
