Key Responsibilities

•Develop strategy and provide technical subject matter expertise in physical and psychosocial risk and work design strategy across Amazon AU
•Assist the WHS Manager to ensure delivery of Health, Safety and Wellness performance in line with goals and objectives
•Be a key driver in development and implementation of programs specific to occupational health, wellness, injury prevention, injury management, and return to work
•Support implementation of WHS and Wellness programs within site operations
•Support site with key risk assessment activities including proactively analyze tasks for potential psychosocial issues
•Participate in incident investigation process, especially those related to MSD or psychosocial-related health injuries
•Support business to ensure compliance to state and Australian WHS legislation
•Ensure WHS systems accuracy with completed incident reports and documentation
•Assist WHS Manager with incident prevention programs and metrics
•Participate in WHS Safety Audits and Inspection programs
