Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple Delivery Service Providers (DSPs)
- Drive operational goals and metrics for the Delivery Station
- Present operational metrics regularly to senior leadership
- Problem-solve to close gaps between performance and goals
- Hire and develop top talent, creating a talent plan for the site
- Work with key business partners such as Transport, Sortation, DSP Management, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, ACES, and Engineering
- Lead on-the-road execution for +30k packages, managing DSPs and drivers
- Foster a culture of safety
