Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver and assess training programs for warehouse team members
- Perform data entry for training rosters
- Lead and support Ambassadors in delivering training and coaching
- Assist in evaluating and monitoring training efforts
- Learn processes quickly and become subject matter expert
- Solve problems reactively and productively
- Understand safety procedures and ensure compliance
- Ensure compliance with audits and refresher training
- Complete standard work and assigned tasks on time
- Ensure area readiness and organization for training locations
- Spend minimum 5 hours per week in warehouse process path
