Key Responsibilities
- Support and work in all departments as required
- Help support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties
- Provide coverage for Area Managers
- Provide policy follow-up, attendance tracking
- Assist the floor as a subject matter expert for associates
- Ensure successful area performance
- Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
- Assist in keeping work area clean and organized
- Identify and address safety hazards within the work area
- Coach associates to work safely at all times
