Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management of Amazon's Deal Events across Australia & Singapore.
- Develop and execute processes and tools to scale marketing efforts, including automation.
- Build relationships with and influence teams across Vendor Management & Product/Programs.
- Create scalable and personalized customer campaigns across owned channels.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to gather data on customer behavior.
- Uncover best practice through Amazon’s global network for Australian customers.
- Analyze data and customer metrics to drive customer growth and engagement.
