Key Responsibilities
- Identify and advise on improving business input metrics driving growth and customer experience.
- Execute tactical support requests for vendors, including issue troubleshooting, data reporting, supply chain and catalogue management.
- Build strong relationships with vendors as a trusted advisor and central contact.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve vendor issues.
- Teach vendors how to be more successful on Amazon through training on tools and policies.
- Collaborate on innovative ways to execute product selection, brand management, promotional strategies, and operational efficiencies.
- Work with stakeholders across AVS and wider Amazon teams to drive outcomes for strategic vendors and customers.
- Lead planning and performance sessions with strategic vendors.
