Key Responsibilities
- Analysis of geochemical samples and Fire Assay using AAS instrumentation.
- Performing instrument and equipment calibration and maintenance as required.
- Troubleshooting instrument and quality-related issues.
- Preparation, calibration, and testing of standards and instrument QC solutions.
- Reviewing QC raw data and analytical results.
- Ensuring client turnaround times are consistently met.
- Working autonomously once training has been completed.
- Assisting with other duties as required as the role develops.
- Safe handling of hazardous chemicals and solvents
