•Coordinate production volumes to drive optimal output and maximize operational efficiency.
•Monitor team and individual performance, address underperformance through HR processes, and review workflows and procedures to improve productivity and minimize waste.
•Proactively recommend resources, prioritize urgent work orders, and liaise with other sections to ensure timely delivery of results.
•Manage staffing levels, rosters, and workloads in line with workflows, production targets, deadlines, and operational requirements through labour management, recruitment, and cross-training.
•Implement operational changes and new procedures while managing compliance requirements, reporting, payroll support, and client queries.
•Maintain compliance with ALS HSE standards through toolbox talks, health checks, contractor management, incident investigations, hazard observations, section inspections, and fostering a strong 'Safety as a Priority' culture.
