Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver comprehensive monthly management reporting packs
  • •Lead financial performance reviews with senior leadership (CEO, CFO, Head of FP&A)
  • •Provide detailed analysis of business unit financial performance and actionable insights
  • •Support preparation of financial content for investor and board presentations
  • •Partner with EGMs on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • •Improve forecast accuracy in collaboration with FP&A leadership
  • •Conduct financial modelling for greenfield investments, CAPEX, and ROI analysis
  • •Support M&A activity including due diligence, integration planning, and ongoing performance tracking
  • •Provide managerial accounting support across selected business units
  • •Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve FP&A processes for efficiency and transparency
