Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver comprehensive monthly management reporting packs
•Lead financial performance reviews with senior leadership (CEO, CFO, Head of FP&A)
•Provide detailed and holistic analysis of business stream financial performance and actionable insights
•Business partner with the Minerals EGM and leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
•Support preparation of financial content for investor and board presentations at half year and year end
•Identify, monitor, and communicate key business drivers to support strategic discussions
•Conduct financial modelling for greenfield investments, CAPEX, and ROI analysis
•Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with capital investment decisions
•Support M&A activity including due diligence, integration planning, and ongoing performance tracking
•Implement advanced forecasting techniques and tools to improve forecast accuracy
