Key Responsibilities

•Delivering advanced Workday reporting and people analytics, including dashboards, calculated fields, report optimisation and data storytelling.
•Building and maintaining Workday Prism Analytics datasets to extend standard reporting and enable deeper insights.
•Maintaining Workday security (role-based access and domain security), including regular reviews, remediation of access issues and support for audits and compliance requirements.
•Supporting compensation activities in Workday (e.g., annual review cycles, allowance updates and reward reporting), partnering with Reward/People teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery.
•Working as part of a team to provide triage and resolution of Workday queries and issues raised on behalf of the business and People & Development stakeholders.
