Key Responsibilities
- Delivering advanced Workday reporting and people analytics, including dashboards, calculated fields, report optimisation and data storytelling.
- Building and maintaining Workday Prism Analytics datasets to extend standard reporting and enable deeper insights.
- Maintaining Workday security (role-based access and domain security), including regular reviews, remediation of access issues and support for audits and compliance requirements.
- Supporting compensation activities in Workday (e.g., annual review cycles, allowance updates and reward reporting), partnering with Reward/People teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery.
- Working as part of a team to provide triage and resolution of Workday queries and issues raised on behalf of the business and People & Development stakeholders.
