Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Eye Care Professionals and Key Accounts
- Provide education and technical support for Key Accounts
- Adopt and execute International Professional Education and Development strategy
- Execute education strategy and deliver content for New Product Launches
- Deliver generic/on-label education materials across all channels
- Implement pre-launch education and communication strategy
- Organize Commercial Advisory Boards and Round tables
- Direct and deliver support for congresses and trade conferences
- Professional communications using social media, trade articles, email newsletters
- Develop and manage relationships with Thought Leaders and HCP Influencers
- Provide Clinical/Technical support to local teams
- HCP Advocacy based on customer insights
