Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Eye Care Professionals, HCP influencers, and Key Accounts.
- Provide education and technical support for Key Accounts and key customers.
- Adopt and execute International Professional Education and Development strategy adapted to local market commercial priorities.
- Execute education strategy and deliver content to support New Product Launches and key strategic brands.
- Deliver generic/on-label education materials across face-to-face, virtual, and digital platforms.
- Implement pre-launch education and communication strategy for NPL readiness.
- Conduct Commercial Advisory Boards and Round tables for insight and product support.
- Direct and deliver support for congresses and trade conferences.
- Manage professional communications and scientific amplification via social media, trade articles, and newsletters.
- Execute Thought leaders/HCP influencer strategy and develop relationships with key influencers.
