Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Eye Care Professionals, HCP influencers, and Key Accounts to promote engagement with Alcon brands.
- Provide education and technical support for Key Accounts and key customers as part of customer partnership teams.
- Adopt and execute International Professional Education and Development strategy adapted to local market commercial priorities.
- Execute education strategy and deliver content to support New Product Launches (NPL) and key strategic brands.
- Delivery of generic/on-label education materials to support strategic brands across all delivery channels (face to face, virtual, digital).
- Deliver and implement pre-launch education and communication strategy for NPL readiness.
- Conduct Commercial Advisory Boards and Round tables for insight and product support.
- Direct and deliver support for congresses and trade conferences held within the local market.
- Professional communications and scientific amplification via social media, trade articles, email newsletters.
- Execute Thought leaders/HCP influencer strategy and develop relationships with HCP Influencers and Thought Leaders.
