Key Responsibilities
- Developing, leading, and managing key account(s) including KPI reporting, customer service, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance and customer interaction.
- Developing solutions that best address customer needs, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring client needs are met.
- Adhering to government and regulatory compliance standards regarding AES, customs clearance, ITAR, screening of denied parties and dangerous goods regulations.
- Analyzing account data and providing predictions to management, assisting in creation of MBR and QBR data.
- Reviewing account budgets, pricing, quoting, and improving cost effectiveness.
- Assisting global sales staff with customer relations, issue resolution, and client solutions to drive additional business.
