Key Responsibilities
- Work with account executives to design solutions for client business challenges throughout pre-sales, solution design, and implementation processes
- Develop proof of concept applications on Airwallex, present technical demonstrations, help clients visualize target state
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensure client integration follows best practices for best developer experience
- Provide strategic insights to internal product teams on implementation process improvements to reduce time to go live
- Take ownership of outstanding deliverables in end to end project delivery lifecycle and ensure capture per project plan
