Key Responsibilities
- Lead key People Operations transformation priorities across ANZ, including regional OKRs, service improvements and operating model changes.
- Build and embed People Insights and Workforce Insights capability that gives People Partners and leaders timely, trusted and actionable workforce data.
- Identify, prioritise and deliver AI and automation initiatives across People Operations and adjacent P&T workflows.
- Strengthen governance, controls and data integrity across People Operations.
- Support complex regional initiatives such as new market setup, payroll transitions, mobility-related process design.
- Create scalable SOPs, control points and playbooks that improve consistency in-region.
