Key Responsibilities

  • •Design & Build the DACH Post-Sales/Account Management Function
  • •Be an advocate for Airwallex and ensure customers utilize their investment
  • •Own and develop a portfolio of accounts, creating strategic account plans and conducting QBRs
  • •Be an advocate for customers and their voice inside Airwallex
  • •Guide customers in maximizing product value and driving growth
  • •Understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
  • •Lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements and multi-product sales
