Key Responsibilities
- Define and own Airwallex’s financial market’s product strategy, solution design, roadmap, and delivery plans.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of high performing product managers.
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to build high-quality, scalable features and user experiences across web and mobile.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, legal and finance teams to navigate regulatory and operational complexity.
- Understand user needs, target markets, and competitive landscape; leverage feedback to inform strategy.
- Manage tradeoffs between long-term product vision and near-term growth.
- Lead extension of financial markets into new verticals and use cases, from concept to launch.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous operational improvement.
