Key Responsibilities
- Manage General Contractor (GC) contract for cost, time, safety and quality
- Manage Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE) contract for cost, time, safety and quality
- Manage consultant contracts for cost, time, safety and quality
- Coordinate design issues with AirTrunk design manager
- Liaise between GC, Consultants and Customer for design requirements
- Review trade lettings with GC and Quantity Surveyor
- Coordinate cost management with QS and development team
- Manage programme development with GC, OSE and consultants
- Assist Contract team with GC and Consultant claims and variations
- Facilitate and coordinate commissioning and handover
