Key Responsibilities
- Shape and implement energy strategy to support growth
- Lead sourcing, negotiation, and execution of renewable energy PPAs
- Lead carbon procurement for compliance market
- Source renewable energy opportunities across APAC markets
- Build and manage relationships with developers, retailers, brokers
- Lead RFPs and bilateral negotiations for renewable offtake
- Structure and negotiate PPAs (physical, virtual, sleeved, portfolio structures)
- Drive transactions from term sheet through contract signature
- Source and contract International Carbon Credits in Singapore
- Evaluate supply credibility, eligibility rules, and delivery risk
- Negotiate carbon supply agreements and manage price and volume exposure
- Analyse pricing, market benchmarks, and commercial risks
- Support internal approvals through financial modelling and business case development
- Work closely with legal, finance, risk, and sustainability teams
