Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead drafting, review, negotiation and execution of contracts, focusing on risk allocation, legal robustness and commercial outcomes
  • •Drive MSA and key supplier negotiations, aligning with internal stakeholders on strategy and approvals
  • •Manage contractual correspondence, variations, claims and dispute resolution processes
  • •Oversee contract governance processes including approvals and compliance with internal frameworks
  • •Support purchase order and cost management workflows
  • •Provide clear advice to Development, Finance and delivery teams on contractual matters and risk mitigation
  • •Identify and proactively manage contractual risks across the project lifecycle
  • •Contribute to refinement of contract templates, negotiation playbooks and procurement practices
