Key Responsibilities

•Assign team members to projects and workstations based on capacity planning
•Identify and anticipate workload bottlenecks and capacity constraints
•Plan, organize, and oversee execution of team activities
•Ensure optimal deployment of people, tools, and facilities
•Support efficient utilization of test and production facilities
•Lead and roll out process improvements
•Manage team effectively including people, processes, and resources
•Support professional development of employees
•Facilitate knowledge sharing, transfer, and certifications
•Act as working supervisor when needed
•Coordinate international working groups for onsite customer support
•Ensure proper maintenance of tools, cleanrooms, and production equipment
•Support availability and management of technical facilities
•Identify and escalate building- and safety-related issues
•Advise Head of AIT on management topics
•Contribute to departmental plans, annual investment plans, and budgets
•Co-responsible for executing approved investment proposals
•Contribute to business development and acquisition
•Translate developments into team activities and processes
•Drive continuous improvement within area of responsibility
