Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Airbus Tech Hub team in the Netherlands
- Shape national and international strategic initiatives and roadmaps
- Collaborate with industry partners, knowledge institutes, and government
- Translate insights from technology, market, and policy developments into actions
- Oversee progress of research and innovation projects
- Liaise with Communications and Public Affairs to promote Tech Hub footprint
- Maintain and develop research and innovation strategy in country
- Capture local funding opportunities and handle reporting
- Act as research and innovation focal point for in-country Airbus functions
- Manage operational governance including SQCDP and portfolio management
