Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical design and engineering of competitive proposals
- Develop project strategies, cost estimations (CAPEX, OPEX), supplier quotations, facility scope, risk registers, and execution strategies
- Partner with Lead Business Developers to validate customer presentations and provide technical sales support
- Lead internal milestones including Risk Workshops, A & B Meetings, and alignment with Operations/E2E teams/Design Authorities
- Ensure all technical documentation from design basis to P&IDs is precise and validated
- Adhere to Safety, Quality, and Industrial Management Systems (IMS) prioritizing 'Zero Harm'
- Manage technical integrity of proposals and oversee formal handover to Project Execution and CIE teams
