Key Responsibilities
- Manage the local site team and coordinate daily routine maintenance and breakdown repairs to meet production targets.
- Design and implement plant efficiency programs in collaboration with Facility Managers and Support Managers.
- Develop operational standards and KPIs to track plant performance and reduce operational costs.
- Champion 'zero harm' culture by ensuring safety procedures are applied by local teams.
- Manage documentation control, lead site audits, and serve as primary on-site focal point for customers, regulatory bodies, and unions.
- Drive reporting framework for Large Industries activities, delivering data on site reliability, availability, and process efficiency.
