Key Responsibilities

•Organizes the deliveries to clients and distributors
•Improves the safety, quality and efficiency of the distribution
•Ensures the respect of transportation regulations and AL's safety standards
•Monitors operational KPI for improvement and reduces the non-quality costs
•Identifies improvement fields by simulating new dispatch schemes with the routing tool
•Proposes solutions and implements them in coordination with the sales team
•Controls the efficiency of the routing tool
•Analyzes client needs in collaboration with order takers and sales teams
•Proposes the best solution and communicates it to order takers that will inform clients
•Avoids unnecessary deliveries and costs while answering the actual needs of the clients
•Checks the consistency between transport invoices, planning and execution
•Analyzes gaps and informs the Cylinder Dispatch Manager for the litigation management
