Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all regional home healthcare operations
- Own road safety standards including driver training and IVMS management
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of sleep products and medical gases to patients and partners
- Manage asset tracking and compliance using Great Plains ERP
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage team of direct reports and agents
- Maintain safety scorecards, operational audits, and hazard assessments
- Manage regional stock levels and lead stocktakes
- Educate patients on safe equipment usage
