Key Responsibilities
- Carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance operations of the medical devices
- Carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance on the production line
- Realize reception and disinfection of medical devices
- Record customer equipment returns in our ERP & Fault diagnosis
- Perform preventive and curative maintenance of MDs
- Establish customer quotes and perform follow-up
- Prepare material transfers to customers & edit delivery notes
- Responsible for telephone customer contact, mailbox management
- Unpack and pack devices before customer shipment
