Key Responsibilities

• •Manage CPAP clinic service, sales, admin and operations
• •Handle patient enquiries over counter and phone
• •Resolve patient issues and escalate as needed
• •Provide set-up and ongoing therapy support per prescription
• •Fit or recommend appropriate masks
• •Troubleshoot therapy difficulties
• •Provide counselling and encouragement
• •Liaise with referring physicians
• •Provide follow-up reports
• •Promote sales according to policies
• •Solicit new or additional services over phone
• •Explore patient needs to advise equipment
• •Display and demonstrate products
• •Use marketing materials
• •Maintain retail premises and displays
• •Create and maintain patient files in ERP
• •Process transactions including orders and invoices
• •Handle payments
• •Organise patient information per privacy procedures
• •Maintain stock levels for sales and rentals
• •Reconcile stock and minimize variances
• •Process returned equipment per QC procedures
• •Ensure diagnostic equipment cleaning
• •Schedule and maintain equipment servicing
• •Comply with all policies and regulatory standards
• •Report incidents via Intelex
• •Perform other duties as delegated
